01 / Brand platform

Precision in the work.
Confidence in the restart.

What we stand for

Socket Mechanix is a millwright and rotating equipment brand built around careful mechanical work, clear records and a considered return to service.

Who we speak to

Maintenance leaders, reliability teams, outage planners and project managers who need to understand the scope, the condition of their equipment and the work that was completed.

The promise

Know the machine. Own the details. Make the handover clear.

The proof to build

As-found and as-left records, agreed acceptance criteria, controlled scope changes and documented next actions. These are the proposed operating standards behind the brand.

02 / Identity system

The mark of the work.

Preserved from your supplied identity: a twelve-point socket, seen end-on. Use the supplied vector artwork without retyping, stretching or recoloring the wordmark.

Clear space: keep at least one quarter of the mark’s diameter clear on every side. Minimum digital sizes: 24 px for the mark and 140 px for the full lockup. Choose a simpler mark when the small descriptor cannot be read.

03 / Color & typography

Graphite does the work.
Orange gets the attention.

Steel#3B4249

Archivo

Expanded ExtraBold for headlines. Regular for readable paragraphs. Bold for emphasis. Let the size and spacing do the work.

IBM Plex Mono

Labels, equipment references and short technical details. Use it sparingly. On light backgrounds use Rust #B9410F for orange text.

04 / Voice & messaging

Sound like the person
you’d trust with the machine.

Use concrete language

  • Measured, recorded, inspected, aligned.
  • What we found. What we changed. What comes next.
  • Explain the equipment and the work in plain English.

Earn every claim

  • Use real project evidence when it exists.
  • Confirm qualifications and coverage before advertising them.
  • Avoid invented uptime figures, customer quotes or certifications.

Built for the restart.

Primary campaign line. Pair with the descriptor “Millwright & rotating equipment services.” Supporting line: “Measure carefully. Work deliberately. Leave it right.”

05 / Owner’s launch checklist

Make the operation
match the identity.

Before public enquiries

  • Confirm launch date, service region and contact number.
  • Connect and test private contact-form delivery.
  • Confirm legal business details and applicable insurance.
  • Approve the capability list against actual crew and tooling.

Before the first job

  • Prepare site-specific qualification and safety information.
  • Define work scope, acceptance criteria and responsibilities.
  • Prepare as-found / as-left and change-control templates.
  • Collect real job photography and permission for future case studies.

This toolkit is a proposed brand and launch framework. The supplied site’s 2027 launch status is retained. Public contact routing and operational claims still need owner confirmation.

Your project. Your information.

Simple by design.

This website has no advertising trackers or third-party font requests. When you submit the contact form, your project details and reply address are securely queued and delivered to Socket Mechanix’s private communications inbox. We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry.

After confirmed delivery to our inbox, the website queue clears your message details. A receipt reference is retained for 30 days to prevent duplicates. Enquiries may remain in our private business records for follow-up. Hosting may retain routine access logs.

We count page views and estimate daily visitors using our own server. A secure first-party cookie contains only today’s Central-time date and expires at midnight; it has no unique visitor ID. The counter stores daily totals for 90 days, not IP addresses, browsing histories or contact details. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Counts require JavaScript and may miss blocked requests; visitor totals estimate browsers, not people.
